Ashley, who has been named to Wine Enthusiast’s “Top 40 Under 40” and Wine Industry Advisor’s “Most Inspiring People” lists, is also founder of Vital Winery, the nonprofit benefiting healthcare for cellar and vineyard workers in Washington State.
